Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Zach attended the University of Oklahoma for both his undergraduate and law studies. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018 and his Juris Doctorate in 2021.

While at OU Law, Zach served as both Vice President and President of the Board of Advocates, represented indigent defendants through the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic and competed in multiple moot court competitions, ultimately being recognized as the runner-up best speaker at the National Health Law Moot Court Competition his 2L year. His success in these endeavors earned him the Order of Solicitors award his 3L year, which recognizes law students who have demonstrated extraordinary performance in oral advocacy. Additionally, Zach was selected as a student member of the Luther L. Bohanon American Inn of Court, was recognized on the Dean’s Honor Roll every semester of law school, attended Worcester College at the University of Oxford and is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.

Zach joined the firm in 2019 as a licensed legal intern, working part-time throughout his 2L and 3L years. Having passed the July 2021 bar exam, he has now joined the firm full-time as an associate. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching the Sooners and Thunder.
