Paul 2_edited.jpg

Paul graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of law in 2000. He grew up in a small farming town, and brings a strong work ethic and passion to his work as a member of the firm's litigation team. Paul is known for his aggressive representation of clients, balanced by recognition of his client's economic interests and concerns. In only his fourth year of practice, Paul and seven other Oklahoma lawyers were appointed by the Oklahoma Supreme Court to prosecute a nationwide class action lawsuit that resulted in a settlement in excess of $100 million. In 2012, Paul was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, an award reserved for the top 2.5 percent of lawyers within the state (click here to view article). In 2017, Paul obtained the largest known jury verdict in state history for wrongful death ($8.5 million).

Paul has also achieved the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbel, the highest reflection of expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence (click here for details). As one lawyer (and former adversary) put it: “My confidence in Paul Kolker’s abilities make him one of the top 3 lawyers I would recommend to friends and family.”

Paul is also known for his work outside of the courtroom. He served in the United States Army National Guard for ten years. He is also a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation, and proudly volunteers for the “Oklahoma Lawyer’s for American Heroes Program,” a non-profit group that provides one-on-one legal advice to those who have honorably served this nation, but who otherwise cannot afford or do not have access to the legal services they need and deserve. Paul believes working to ensure the law protects individuals who would otherwise lack a voice is one of the highest callings of a lawyer.
